The York County Area Agency on Aging, in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, will distribute fruit and vegetable vouchers to qualifying seniors both in-person and by mail.

Eligible seniors can receive $24 worth of vouchers to buy fresh fruit and vegetables grown in Pennsylvania. Please note that there are income limits to be able to receive these vouchers.

Household Annual Income limits:

1 person $25,142 ($2,095/month)  
2 people $33,874 ($2,823/month)
3 people $42,606 ($3,550/month) 

Other important information:

• Vouchers are redeemable from June 1 through November 30.
• Qualifying seniors must be York County residents and be 60 years of age by December 31 
• Recipients can only receive the SFMNP vouchers once per the 2022 program year.
• Proof of age and residency is required.   (PA Driver’s License or PA ID card is recommended).
• Seniors living in a nursing home, personal care home, or any residential facility where meals are provided are ineligible to receive vouchers.
