Emergency Detoxification, 24/7 • White Deer Run PA Access Center Center: 1-866-769-6822
If you are in the midst of a life-threatening situation please dial 911 immediately. If you feel that you need detoxification, please call the White Deer Run PA Access Center at 1-866-769-6822. The Access Center serves as a 24/7 hotline and is designed to expedite detox placement for all funding sources, for all populations.
It is, however, the policy of YADAC, that pregnant woman and individuals having overdosed, shall receive preferential treatment in all levels of care throughout the drug & alcohol treatment continuum.

The York/Adams Drug & Alcohol Commission was established in 1973 to serve as the Single County Authority (SCA) for York and Adams counties. As the designated SCA for York and Adams counties, we are responsible for planning, administering, funding, and evaluating the local drug and alcohol prevention, intervention and treatment related services within the aforementioned joinder counties.
