The Domestic Relations Section is the Agency in York County responsible for all matters involving the establishment of paternity for children born outside of marriage and the establishment and enforcement of financial and medical support of spouses and/or children.

- Location of Absent Parents
- Establishment of paternity
- Establishment of Support Orders Including Medical Support
- Enforcement of Support Orders
- Translation services
Complaint for support, petition for modification and petition for termination can be filed electronically by accessing the PA Child Support Website (located under Links).
The office does NOT handle issues involving custody, partial custody or visitation.
The Domestic Relations Section is a branch of the York County Court of Common Pleas and under the supervision of the Honorable Maria Musti Cook, President Judge and the Director of the Domestic Relations Section.
