Some past details have been honoring fallen members of the Law Enforcement Community, Fire Community, and Public Officials. They have also presented the National, State, and Local Colors at opening ceremonies, marched in parades, and provided many other functions.

Annually they also attend the National Police Memorial Week in Washington D.C. to honor all fallen Law Enforcement Officers.

This includes a member of The York County Sheriff's Office, Deputy Sheriff Edward "Skip" Schroeder, Jr, who was added to the Memorial in 2006 after falling in the line of duty.
