The York County Youth Development Center (YDC) is located at 3564 Heindel Road, Springettsbury Township,York County, Pennsylvania 17402. It is owned and operated by the County of York. The Center, licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, consists of a thirty-six (36) bed Community Residential Shelter.
