The York County Board of Commissioners is the legislative and administrative body of county government. The commissioners are responsible for approving the county’s annual budget and providing oversight of county programs and employees.

All residents are invited to attend the commissioners’ meetings, which are 10 a.m. on the first, third and fifth Wednesday of each month in the Commissioners' Meeting Room on the second floor of the York County Administrative Center, 28 E. Market St. in downtown York. Meetings will be held other Wednesdays on an as-needed basis.
